An ordinance of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, granting a franchise to Apple Valley Ranchos Water Company to lay, construct, operate, maintain, use, repair, replace and/or remove a system of conduits, mains, pipelines, and appurtenances in, under, upon, along, and across the public streets, highways and public places of said county.
